1. Disconnect from inside Vruddo
- Log in to your Vruddo workspace.
- Open Integrations.
- On the Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp card, click Disconnect.
We delete the stored access token for that account straight away. Vruddo can then no longer read from it or publish to it.
2. Remove Vruddo from your Facebook account
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations (on some accounts, Apps and websites).
- Find Vruddo, click Remove, and confirm.
This revokes the access you gave Vruddo on Meta’s side. For Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites in the Instagram app.
3. Ask us to delete all your data
To delete your account and all the data we hold, including data we received from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, email support@vruddo.in with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please include:
- the email address or phone number you use to log in to Vruddo;
- your business name;
- the Facebook Page or Instagram account name, if you connected one.
We will confirm your identity, reply within 7 days with a confirmation reference, and finish deleting your data within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as tax invoices. Copies in backups are removed on the normal backup cycle.
What gets deleted
- Access tokens and account IDs for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google;
- Page and Instagram posts, comments, reviews and insights we stored for your dashboard;
- Your account, business profile, team members, customer records and uploaded content.
For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
